Quarterly pest control services are scheduled for December 5th at 2pm.

Note the Annual Assesment Notices which reflects your unit(s) new fee monthly fee and reserve contribution amounts to be drafted by ACH beginning January 1st, 2018 from your existing bank account. To make changes to your bank account information, contact the Association no later than December 23rd, 2017.

Terminix will be in the building conducting quarterly pest control services on Friday, September 22nd during the time window of 9:00 am-11:30 am. They will be escorted, so there is no need for condo owners or tenants to be present for the services.
